Created small web application for non-profit

• Client started program to provide transportation to those in recovery for free
• At first, participants had to call in to request a ride and trips were kept in an excel sheet
• Created page to show general information and a form to request a ride
• Staff receives a notification when submitted and gets saved to the database
• When user inputs time, it checks if there is availability. Their operating hours are also considered

  • Panel to see transportation by selected date
  • Panel for staff to log transportation. Autofill function that searches past participants so they aren't duplicated
  • Panel to manage all participants: view their past trips, edit, delete and merge duplicates. Export and Print.
  • Reporting panel to run reports with filters: driver, reason, start/end date and different viewing options. Export to Excel
