Prorate system for adding funding to self pay residents. Will prorate for the week depending on how they are funded

Displays all residents that moved out with outstanding rent. Ability to add payments to outstanding rent<
Rent - End Weekly Rent
At the end of each rent week, you can see all the stats for the week and add late fees for residents that didn't pay
