Complete website Redesign and implemented a custom content management system with several web applications

- Ticketing system was custom built so there's no need to rely on expensive third-party sites or apps
- Added events and fundraisers get their own page on the site where users can purchase
- Employees can create different ticket types and price for each event
- Ticket Management System to delete, edit and redeem tickets for event
- Tracks sales and collects customer data
- Web Application to run their whole business including:
- Resident management and resident panels
- Property, room and bed management with house managers and residents
- Rent management with weekly rent collection, monthly invoices, payments, back rent, excel sheet creation, weekly summaries, court/program Invoicing, casual labor, expenses & reports and end weekly rent collection with late fees

Ability to create accounts for both admins, regular users, residents and employees. Register, forgot password, account settings, rsvp to events, easily fill out forms, volunteer scheduling, housing information, peer recovery coaching views and more.
Employee Portal
Content Management system for events (create, edit, view rsvps, view attendees for special events & actions for them, see stats & interest, upload & set calendars for events, manage people who filled out certain forms and applicants for events and more)
Respond panel to chat with people that initiated chats on the site and people who applied for resources.
Manage volunteers and donors. Log Peer Recovery Coaching hours.
